I spent all morning playing and chasing all my doggies friends. I played a lot with my best friend Wrigley. In the afternoon I took a little sun siesta and woke up refreshed, energized and ready to play.
I'm keeping this as a record of the goings-on in our life. Hopefully it will enable me to look back and see progress on both our parts, see trends in what's not working and hopefully to guide me out the other side.
